Q: What if I don't use Google Ads?
A: If you have an existing installation of the Google & Youtube Sales Channel installed you need the upgrade to ensure your tags are properly configured.
Q: What if I don't use Google Merchant Center Yet?
A: You would still want to have this setup and we would be ensuring that Google Merchant Center is setup if you are an ecommerce store, even if you are not ready to use it.
Q: Does the process always run smoothly?
A: With technology there is always a chance for something to not work correctly, we will work with you to get everything working, however there are some instance where issues arise. The Google & Youtube Sales Channel is code that is locked down by Google & Shopify therefore if there is an issue there may be instances where you may need to work directly with Google or Shopify to resolve the issue as the code or issue may only be fixible by their teams. We will notify you of this and we will help you to submit the request for their assistance. Please note that there is nothing we will be able to tell prior to working on the account on whether or not there will be an issue or not, we only know during the testing phase.
Q: What if I use another tool for my data feeds such as Symprosis?
A: Please ensure that you share with us that you are using Symprosis as we ensure we do not hook up the Google Merchant Center in your Shopify Account, we want to ensure that Symprosis continues to work for you.
